East Meadow High School serves students in grades nine through 12, and provides academic and college preparatory education. The high school was established in 1953, and enrolls more than 1,500 students. It is a part of East Meadow School District. The school s curriculum includes various disciplines, such as English, math, science and social science, music, art and physical education. It also provides course in business and technology education. The school has a library that provides a large collection of curriculum books, magazines and newspapers, search resources and access to the Internet. East Meadow High School also provides the National Honor Society program, and extracurricular activities, such as band, orchestra and chorus. Additionally, the school provides various athletic activities, including football, soccer, cross country, hockey, baseball and wrestling. The high school is located in East Meadow, N.Y.
