Poor. Heat & A/C weren't working. Called Sanford. Tech came out next day, replaced some card. About $200 total. No heat or cool needed the next few days. When I turned the a/c on, nothing. Tech came back, couldn't find any problems. Said it was working OK. The next day I needed a/c, and it didn't work again. Called them again. Same tech came out again, tinkered around, decided it was the expansion valve. Said would have boss call me the next day with the total cost to replace it. Nobody called me, so I called back the 2nd day. Boss told me the total would be $429.00 parts and labor. I asked him if he could send another tech this time, as it took the same guy three visits to figure this out. He laughed at me and said "if you don't trust my tech, call someone else".

So I called someone else. Horrible customer service.
