To Josh Robinson,Well, I would like to start out by saying, thank-you, thank-you, THANK-YOU! My Experience with Gillette's RV was an awesome one! I remember the very first conversation I had with you and it was over the top. I called and explained to you that my travel trailer was being towed from a distance of over 100 miles. Because I was using AAA road service I was not in control of what time we could get the travel trailer delivered. It was a Saturday and it was getting later in the day and you stated not to worry and that you would stay after the dealership closed is necessary to take delivery of my unit! WOW, WOW, WOW! What customer service!As time went by, we were experiencing problems with the extended warranty company and other problems that had nothing to do with Gillette's RV. However, one by one you managed to fix all the problems! I shared some personal problems with you and I was having some difficulty with finances! You were able to work out some pricing to have compassion for me! You touched my heart! It is not always about the money, it is about caring for and helping people too! I pray a hundred fold the return of your generosity, care and concern to the owners of Gillette's RV, Jared, April and of course you! YOU ARE THE MAN JOSH, YOU ARE THE MAN! My wife and I traveled to Michigan to visit friends and ended up going to Gillette's with them. We ended up purchasing a Cyclone and couldn't be happier! Customer service was top of the line. Pricing was great. We are very pleased with everything. Recommending Gillette's to our friends and family as well.
The customer service at Gillette's Interstate RV was impressive. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Financing was fast and easy. We are excited to use our new Eagle Premier RV.
We were very pleased with the service we received from Gillette's. We have an older camper that needed some repairs and the service department was very helpful and easy to deal with. We have been thinking of buying a new one and after visiting this store, we will be purchasing our new camper from them.
I just bought a Leprechaun from Gillette's. I can't wait to start traveling. I loved that there were many options to choose from and that I could finance right through the dealership. I took a long time to decide. Everyone was patient and great to work with. I had a great experience and will recommend them to everyone.

They don't make the campers they just try and fix any issues. I've had good luck with Gillette's Sales and Service. Maybe it's because I'm in Customer service myself that I understand that a lot people expect everything to be perfect and that's just not the way it is. They did everything they could for me and I was happy with the repairs. I would tell you to visit Gillette's RV.

poor customer service, poor quality repairs...smeared putty and caulk all over rear of coach, then claim it is natural expansion of caulking...does not feel it is their job to advise customers of maintenance to seals, does not feel that it is their responsibility to repair broken registers, leaks between walls, broken sewer hoses, broken fresh water monitors, leaking LP gas connections, dripping faucets...and the list goes on and on!
