WORST customer service EVER! DO NOT BUY HERE. Seriously. Do yourself a favor!Fridge broke 2 weeks after purchase. They promised to fix everyday for a week - BUT NEVER SHOWED UP!Now I am suing them!!! ZERO STARS

BUYER BEWARE - Just read the other posts. Owner sells scrapped appliances. Could be potentially dangerous according to the manufacturer. Basically dishonest operation all around.

I was sold a hacked stove that they said was a brand new floor model. Call the manufacturer company of the stove with the serial number, they told me it had been sold before and I emailed pictures of it and they said the parts on the stove were not original. They would never answer my calls when I called from my home number.. They should not be selling appliances. I missed Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner because I didn't have a working stove. They wouldn't even come back to get their trashy stove. The knobs were held on with tiny pieces of paper. The face of it was screwed in and ready to come off and the oven door handle had screws not where they should be and the door handle was loose. I could go on and on, it was a horrible experience for me. I think they should be shut done and never ever be able to do this to anyone else.

This place is Terrible . Their receptionist is Extremely Rude and they don't show up or if they decide to they are hrs and hrs late. Do Not recommend this place. I wouldn't even give a 1 star but you must give one

Stay away from this guy his appliance are defective and his warranty is garbage his mechanic dont show up and when they do they can't fixed.

This place is VERY unprofessional . The receptionist is VERY rude if you state their unprofessionalism to her she will yell at you and then hang up! If you call back any of the 3 numbers they Refuse to answer. They DO NOT keep delivery scheduled. They only accept CASH no other payment. They say they test ALL the products and if there's a problem they fix it. Well for us we bought a washer and dryer. The washer makes a terrible noise as soon as it starts so apparently they didn't test it other wise they would have known about it then the dryer once we turned it on an earring a earring backing and a lot of dirt shot out the back again if they tested the dryer this stuff would have shot out in their store and we wouldn't have known nothing. The dyer is fine but not the washer. Yesterday my daughter had another appt should of been there early than 2 pm but we expected not until 2 so Nothing by 2 so my daughter calls and here comes the excuses !!! Again !!! So my daughter says I have waited all day up till 2 and now you're saying they have another 2 deliveries still oh I forgot to mention my daughter called around 12 just checking on status that's when the girl first said 2 deliveries in Hartford then they will be there so back to 2 pm that same girl told my daughter 2 more deliveries before you so my daughter tells the girl I Can Not sit here all day I have errands and will Not sit another couple of hrs the girl turned NASTY started yelling so my daughter yelled and the girl hung up on my daughter. Tried over and over with no one answering any phones bc they have caller ID so they Refuse to answer so about 6 pm they call my daughter saying they have a delivery of and unknown item they say refrig or stove. No she says a Washer!!! I'm not home I'm out running errands and they Hung up on her. This was the truck driver so apparently that's how they run this business . I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I wish I could not rate them with not even a star but that's the lowest

I'm new to Hartford so some friends of mine found this place for me to get a used washer/dryer set. They didn't bring the hose for the washer I ended up buying out of pocket because they said they would come back NO SHOW after sitting home all day. Did I mention they will ignore they hell out of your calls!!! My friend called from her number they picked up right away. So I have a warranty less than a month I make a service call oh someone will be out after 5p strange right because the office close at 6p. So I question why wouldn't he come regular hours? HE works until 8p. Another NO SHOW big surprise!!! Unless you are strapped for cash think twice.
