I found the staff to be rude and disorganized. They were not prepared for my appointment and had not assigned me a florist. After finding someone to assist me, the gentleman did not ask me about my wedding, my vision, my colors, etc. Rather he kept just disappearing for long lengths of time to make these creations, which were lovely, but not what I was looking for. He kept talking about how busy he was as he was handling multiple large accounts at the moment. When I tried to discuss expenses with him, he laughed at my budget, which from consultation with other brides/florists I did not think was outrageous. After hearing my budget, he became increasingly rude, stating he would not show me examples of their work til I gave him a deposit. I just wanted to make you aware that this is a vendor that will not work with a bride on a budget.
