You couldn't find a better place to get to get help for a busted machine. The diagnostics are free and recommendations are realistic about your cost options. I've used them twice (2 different machines) and would recommend them to anyone.

I stopped by Computer Pals in hopes of avoiding buying my daughter a new computer for gaming because hers wasn't fast enough. Myron was extremely knowledgeable about what I would need to accomplish this. He was able to upgrade the RAM and had it back to me the next day. He would have had it the same day, but one of the parts he needed was at his other shop. The upgrade cost about $35....much cheaper than buying a new computer!!! I highly recommend Computer Pals!!!

computer brought in to replace operating system. all worked but media player. countless phone calls made which went unreturned except for one. a disk was provided to repair the problem but didn't work. numerous calls made subsequently went unreturned. published store hours not kept. after exhausting all my options i notified via voice mail that i would be calling bbb, consumer protection and having the sale amount charged back to him. the call was unreturned. the merchant is unreliable and incompetent at best
