We use this restaurant for company meetings at least 3 x a year, plus get lunch for the office every Friday. I have nothing but good things to say!!!! They have always delivered on time and have always been very friendly.

Rude.. Unprofessional...No Management available, Had a large group of people that traveled 45 minns. to gather there on a Saturday night and a "waitress" made mistakes on our bills and would not get a manager for us.Also made a comment about us bringing a large group at 8 pm on a Saturday...WHAT??? Don't worry we'll go to one of the other more than 60 other bars with food that we passed to get to Vince and Friends........I'm sure the owner would rather have talked to us to come up with a resolution to the mistake rather than loose return customers from many years. Guessing the bar tender and her split the overages or bought their friends drinks on our tabs.....Too bad...Vince's loss...Watch your bill if you still go after reading this...

Pizza is definitely not their strong point, I dont order pizza from them anymore. Overly cheesy, really cheap cheese, not a decent crust- bland sauce. But decided to call today to order because Tosco's is closed. Called once, put on hold for 5 minutes, no exaggeration- they obviously forgot about me. Called a 2nd time, and asked how long it would take for a delivery because if it takes 45 mins I would rather pick it up. The woman asked what I was ordering, I told her 2 cheesteaks, and she said pick up or delivery. Again, I said it depends, I would like to know how long it would take. She replies, well I need to know what you are ordering. Seriously? I just told you. So I said no thank you, hung up the phone and ordered elsewhere. This place really needs a business makeover!
