I went to Wheel Deal after spending thousands of dollars at repair shops, and a dealer on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I met Rodney who gave me a great deal on a Grand Cherokee which was in an accident, he told me all the repairs he would do on it, and he would fix my other Jeep for free. I didn't think anyone could fix that Jeep. He repaired the new Jeep quickly, and replaced and repaired countless things on my old Jeep. He's THE BEST, and I will buy from him again.

Thieves

This place is nothing but criminals that sell you a car then steal it back as soon as your 1 day late (no exaggeration). Then they charge you a rediculous amount of money to get your car back. I will be reporting them to the better buisness bureu. When you talk to any one of them in person all they do is swear and yell at you.

Do not go to Wheel Deal - Especiallyif you are a woman

I went to pay my car payment in October to Wheel Deal (Roger/Rodney Goldstein). My husband who I am no longer with used to go and pay the car payment and he always refused to give a receipt. My husband and him had become on friendly terms so my husband thought it was not an issue that he wouldn’t give him a receipt. In October I realized I had no copies contracts (I think my estranged husband took them) and when I went to make my car payment I asked for copies and a receipt for payment. He used the same excuses he always had and stated he didn’t have time to write a receipt nor give me copies of my paperwork and yelled at me and called me derogatory names no woman should be called. I then told him that I wasn’t going to pay him if he couldn’t write me a receipt and then he said he was going to reposess the car. I complained to the Better Business Bureau about the incident. When Wheel Deal received the complaint they repossessed my car because I stated in writing I would not pay (reason no receipt) and they said I had an insurance lapse (not true, I have proof with Allstate, Geico and The Department of Motor Vehicle). When the man repossessed the car I was not home and there was not any issue giving up the car. The person who took the car called from his cell phone. The next day I contacted him because my son said he was from the DMV. When I asked him who he was he wouldn't tell me but when I did say my son said you were from DMV he insisted that he did not say that. I asked if he turned in plates and he said yes and he mailed the receipt but also stated that my license was being suspended for no insurance. Well I immediately contacted Geico, my current insurance company, and they said they were looking at the same thing that DMV looked at and said I had never had a lapse. I contacted DMV the next morning and told them the same story and they said "we would never tell anyone that besides you, and no you are fine and have always had insurance and no your license isn't being suspended." They then said that the person who took my car would not be mailing the receipt, they would and yes the plates were turned in. Rodney Goldstein then in turn filed a claim with Allstate who I had car insurance with up until August. In December my estranged husband hit a post sticking out of a drive-thru at Dunkin Donuts. A small scrape was put on the driver side. I did begin a claim with Allstate but felt that it really wasn't that major to get fixed. On October 15 I received an e-mail from Allstate that Rodney Goldstein had filed a claim stating the accident happened in April and gave them a totally different story. I called Allstate and told them to look back at their records to make them aware of the fraudulent claim he filed.
