Ive lived here for 2 years and loved it very much! Girls in the office are amazing and easy to work with and I never have any problems with my apartment as far as maintenance goes! The other reviewer complained about electric bill and compared to many other places ive been its not bad at all. I don't try to use more than I need so that person can only blame themselves its hard to find apartment that pay for any utilities let alone Heat and water!

To the above review: I have lived at Century for 3 years and have not had a problem. We are responsible for electricity and cable and internet but not heat. Century pays that! It even says right on your lease that you will be responsible for garbage and sewer. As far as street maintenance, blame the city.

I was told by management that we pay for electricity, heat, and cable. Turns out we pay for that PLUS garbage, sewer, and street maintenance amounting to an extra $35 per month. Management is also lazy and unintelligent. I am moving out as soon as I can. My neighbors across the hall feel the same way.
