We had been long time customers of this establishment. Two Friday's ago my wife took her 2013 Mercedes for a weekly car wash. I also wash my Grand Cherokee every two weeks. We have never had a problem prior. My wife exited her car in front of the washing apparatas with everthing in order. When she exited the car wash there were two punctures on the side wall of a factory installed tire and it was flat. My wife drove straight to the car wash from our home before doing errands. She would not have been able to drive the car if it had a flat tire and beside there is a detector that would beep uncontollably when you get a flat. The owner/manager hurried my wife and her car out of the way off to the side so she wouldn't be in the way. She called Triple A to come change her tire. She inquired how that happened and he insisted she had to have hd the punture holes. I think we would all agree that when you puncture the side wall the tire goes flat. He also did not offer to help her. They did not finish the job that she paid for wiping the interior, exterior and vacuum. They not only did not offer her to pay at least part of her tire but did not even refund her car wash.

The next day I paid them a visit. The tire was $300 to replace. He remembered the car and the incident. He tried to move me to discuss the issue in his office and I wanted no part of that. He denied that the equipment could have caused the punctures and she had to have them before entering. I suggested he share the expense. Perhaps offer free car washes as we had been regulars or how about giving me my money back for the car wash you gave me a flat tire and did not finish. What a terrible experience. Good businesses take care of problems. Anyone in business knows that. It is how you trat customers in the long run that ensures your survival. I for one will now drive to Bourne or Hyannis for a car wash or look for a volunteer goup I can support. I would NEVER recommend Falmouth Car Wash to anyone.
