I would give 5 stars but they got way too pricey. This use to be a great place with reasonable prices. You could get nachos for about 6 bucks. Then they went up to 8 bucks, a bit high but still within budget, now they cost 10.40, Ouch! This place is way too ordinary to charge these prices. Nothing fancy inside, average wait staff. At least Casa Blanca is nice inside. I have to say that they lost a loyal customer. I mean 4.00 for a Tostada, not to mention 2.00 for extra cheese. Bistec, Enchilada combo is 13.50. Rice 4.00 Guacamole lg is 7.00. Are you people nuts?? This isn't Chicago people, its only E.C. and people won't pay those prices when they can get the same thing down the Blvd for about half. Sorry Adrians, I will not be back there again. I like to eat at the place in the Harbor on Broadway. I can't remember the name, but its one of the only restaurants across from the park. They have great prices and their food is fire. Taco dinner is around 5 or 6 bucks. Oh yeah!!

BEST DANG NACHOS THIS SIDE OF JALISCO!!!!! VERY GOOD GUAC TOO!! A LITTLE PRICEY BUT OTHERWISE VERY WELL WORTH IT!!!!!

I highly recommend this authentic Mexican Restaurant! The food is delicious. I have tried several of their dishes there, but the best dish that they have to offer is their Chicken Stuffed Nachos. Yummy! A little expensive though.
