I brought my jeep in for a recall... A supposed 2 hour job took a whole day... And on top of that something precious was STOLEN from my vehicle... Please be advised

My biggest complaint was with the rudeness after the sale...I asked for help and had a friend who was more involved with the law and I told a manager he could speak for me. My friend was met with rudeness and contempt. They firmly told him they were done with the sale and would not pursue a solution...THIS WAS 24 HOURS AFTER THE SALE!!! Beware of this dealership no one should be shutdown like this with a day of the sale with out explanation or at least kindness to those of us who are not savvy in car purchases.

One of the worst place . If not the worst place . Went for a oil change ...The minivan started knocking 2 days after went for the oil change. Have to junk my minivan.

This place is horrible . I took my pacifica to this place .



They kept the vehicle for 2 weeks . No calls , They don't return calls . When they fix an issue ; they break something else . They don't own up to their mistake . They were telling me " I have to change my brakes , rotors" and so on . ...



Two days after my oil change with this dealer ... my engine started knocking ... Now I have to spend $6000 to fix it ...



These guys deserve no star. If you want to drain your wallet ( with no return) , this is the BEST place.

i dropped my vehicle off 9 days ago still no service tech has even looked at it. no one has even had the common courtesy to even call me and let me know what is going on! i have to make all the phone calls.PLEASE DONT USE MCDONAGH SERVICE! do yourself a favor!!! dont know if the vehicle will ever get fixed???
