As I walked in all the workers were busy accept for one who I believe to be the owner. He was sitting on a pedicure chair scratching his balls while I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to start my nails. Finally a worker walked in to do my nails. He was wiping his hands on his nose and coughing in my face. Despite this, he was sloppy and unprofessional. He cut my cuticles with a machine and made me bleed. Then he proceeded to complain about me coming at 8:30 because apparently it was too close to closing which was 9:30. He was irritated because I asked for a 3rd coat. And as I was drying my gel he proceeded to spit in the garbage next to me. It was disgusting and I made it clear that I am never going back. I've been there a few times and all the workers are mean and nasty. But none worse than the owner. He's rude and has terrible customer service. Never going back.
