John is a great guy and can fix anything.One time I was there a lady was looking for a lighting store she had a desk lamp to be fixed.John took a look at it and fixed it for the lady.He is just amazing.

John is great and so is this place. I am a beginner/intermediate with the guitar and I had a broken piece on my acoustic. I was told to go there or Guitar Center. I went to Guitar Center and they didnt have the piece and if they did it was $50 and then I would have had to pay to put it together. I brought it to John at Hiway and he did that, and strang another guitar I had for $20. He really is an awesome guy and if you are not very confident with these things he wont talk to you like a little kid like I get sometimes at Guitar Center. If you need any repairs at all or questions about your instrument bring them here!

John can fix just about anythinge to ask for help no salesman to jump at you it is a great experience I have been going there over 30 years.

I hadn't been In that stor for many years and I was pleasantly suprised when I walked in I found lots of old school guitars and inexpensive prices the place dont look like much but theres are alot of great finds in there and they seem like the typ to make a deal with you
