General Info

Dedicated Indoor Cycling Studio and fitness studio which brings indoor cycling to everyone. Whether you are an avid outdoor cyclist, a lifelong fitness buff or a beginner, you will be expertly coached to tailor your ride to your level. You are in control of your ride and resistance. We have state of the art Schwinn Bikes and Performance IQ Software, so you can measure your progress. Our instructors craft music mixes that get you moving, always concentrating on proper form so you don't injure yourself. Indoor Cycing/Spinning is a very effective, low impact workout that is great for all, however, proper form is a must. We have a very welcoming community of riders who will encourage and push you to be the best version of you. We also have split classes, where you work on and off the bike getting a full body workout. (we never use weights on the bike). We also have top notch personal trainers and a mixed martial arts program (Tactician Self Defense and Striking) to diversify your workouts and get you to your fitness goals!
