"In my 35-year career, I've have treated over 20,000 patients. Throughout this time, I've enjoyed the challenge and opportunity to blend human compassion with the tangible realities of new scientific discoveries. I believe that medicine is a personal calling; a calling in which, as stated by Dr. William Osler (the famous teacher and first professor of medicine at Johns Hopkins) 'One uses the heart as much as the head.' I've kept these words with me as a mantra and have made it my personal goal to always practice with compassion and humanism. With hope, with inspiration, and with determination, it is my goal to guide you through your cancer journey for the best outcome possible."
