I THOUGHT I HAD AN APPT 2C THE DR. I told the receptionist, a day before & I gather, a different receptionist, that I DIDN'T WANT 2C THE NURSE PRACTITIONER, I WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN SEEING A DR.I went 2the office 2day & saw the nurse practitioner. She had asked me some ?s, which I gladly answered trying 2 give her info about me.There was obviously a miscommunication between what I had told her & what she had comprehended.When I continued to give her more info, she exclaimed "That's not what you just told me!" & on & on she went.I tried to tell her that she must've misunderstood the info I gave her. She kept insisting "That's not what you just told me!" as if she was accusing me of lying to her.I tried to help her understand that 'IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I JUST TOLD HER', but SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE, BECAME RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, NASTY & SPOKE ALOT LOUDER AT ME IN A HOSTILE TONE.THE NURSE PRACTITIONER HAS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!SEE THE DOCTOR!
