I was totally disgusted that my children were refused services because my payment was late. Mind you I didnt have a balance, IT WAS PAID IN FULL, but as Kathy stated it took too long for the balance to be cleared so the file was flagged! I actually had to ask her if she was kidding because I have never ever encountered such treatment. So they refused to serve my children because it took to long to pay $45. I will never send my children somewhere where all they care for is the $$$$$. Disgusted. I only gave it 1 star because i had to in order to submit my comment. They get 0000 stars from me!
