One side of my car sustained extensive scratches and broad indentations from cement poles, after trying to avoid a car that almost hit my opposite side. It was a new car, so my heart ached, but Branning's fixed my car like new again. I was impressed and I cherish my car even more than I did before.

However, there were 2 shortcomings, which were the lack of communication throughout the repair process, and the lack of knowledge on the progress.

I was never informed/updated about the repair progress after dropping off my car and leaving the auto body. There was an initial estimated date of completion of repair, which was 6 days, but it ended up being 9 days and I was not notified about it.

When I called to inquire about it after a week (on a Saturday), the secretary/receptionist had no knowledge about the status of my car. I thought she would've been able to check it from the computer or some type of tracking system, but she talked as if she had just started that job on the very same day.

Nevertheless, I was satisfied with the work itself, the repair on my car. I appreciate and admire the good work. The auto body crew was fine, just that the personnel in the office could've provided higher quality of service.

I took my BMW 5 series to this autobody shop while I was leasing it. The first was for deer repair and the second time was for a vehicle that I cutoff on my driverside.



Both times the process was seamless and my repairs were flawless.

The staff is very professional and continually updated me as to the progress of my repairs.



I would not only highly recommend this body shop but will undoubtedly use them again in the future.

This place is the worst place I have every been to these people could mess up a wet dream without trying I would never give them my business again

I won't recommend brannings auto body to anyone. I will never deal with them again. Honestly speaking, their service is very very poor!
