      Bob Mulloy is a well experienced ASHI home inspector in MA and Chairman of the ASHI-NE Chapter Education Committee. He is a MA Board approved continuing provider and lectures to home inspectors, buyers and brokers at seminars and area colleges. Bob adheres to the Standards of Practice of ASHI and the state of Massachusetts, and provides a professional narrative report with color photos. Reports are delivered by email the same day. Items and systems inspected include: * Exterior * Roof * Garage * Structure * Heating * Air Conditioning * Electrical * Plumbing * Interior Spaces * Kitchen * Bathrooms * Insulation & Ventilation Each inspection takes approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours and you are encouraged to attend, listen to Bob's educational tour of the home and ask questions. Bob will explain everything, including what systems and components are present, their condition and a recommended course of action.
