This Colombian restaurant, formerly an Italian eatery, is new to the scene. The interior & ambiance are nicer than most Colombian restaurants in the area. The bar is misleading, it only serves beer and wine. My next disappointment was that they were out of the Colombian beer that I saw listed on their menu.The restaurant wants to cater to everyone with Colombian, Mexican, American and Italian food featured in their menu - this is very disappointing, especially since there are not enough choices of Colombian food. Another major disappointment was that they do not offer yuca (cassava) to guests; only for take out orders. The mondongo (tripe soup) was very good, but the trout was awful; order the fried red snapper instead. They owners should focus on Colombian food and much more selection.The service was quick and satisfactory, but our server was way too rushed to clear plates before everyone finished - a serving no-no. The new owners should fine-tune as they go along.
