Dr Falsafi has been a professor at UB teaching orthodontics over 15 years., Her expertise is in early diagnosis and treatment of jaw bone discrepencies. Dr falsafi's office is provider with most dental insurances and you wil receive the best treatment in a state of art facility. On mondays, you can smell the freshly baked chocolate chip cookes in the reception. Xbox and playstation 2 keep the young siblings happy during orthodontic appointment. AMAZING quality care. Falsafis clinic is wonderful i could not imagibe a better place to go for dental. They have compleatly transformed my smile and my confidence. Everyome here treats you as a person and not as just a patient. They genuinely care for you and look for the best dental route for you and your health.
My daughter & I are very pleased with this office. They are exceptionally professional when it comes to managing time, being thorough with explaining care of each step, and they make my daughter feel at ease when she is there. Everyone is always smiling & friendly and that is a nice thing to see. We had a great consultation and were very excited to get the process started with her braces. They worked out a payment arrangement with me & I am very pleased with it. We can't wait to see the end result but so far so good!
I really like taken my daughter here they are very kind an no how to handle kids with disabilities. They are all very kind an nice when we go an I never have to wait long
Dr. Falsafi and her entire staff have been amazing to me and my family over the years. Me and my brother went there for our braces and anytime we had a problem they took car of it right away. Thank you to you and your staff.
Dr. Falsafi and the staff are very organized, they explain what will happen in each appointment and let the patient know what to expect for the next one. They are very nice and helpful. Our expierence there was great!

Dr. Falsafi has the best office around. They have the best staff and really know what they are doing. They take the time to talk to you and what you need.

Dr. Falsafi did a great job with my teeth. The office was clean and sanitary. I liked the individual attention she gave to me and her other patients.
Would not cancel our appointment and made us drive in a state of emergency conditions. Bad business to me it's all about the $$$
Went to Dr. Falsafi for Damon braces for my teen daughter. The staff was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. This includes billing, reception, clinical staff and Dr. Rebecca Falsafi. The Damon braces were an easy-to care-for system. While we did not have many issues if a need did arise the office was always quick to respond. Julie N.

this orthodontist is the absolute worse. they used to leave my wire sticking out and it was cutting the back out my mouth. the employees are incredibly rude. the wait time to get called back is about 30-45 minutes then either you sit in the chair for 20 minutes or on a bench for 30 minutes then move into the chair for another 20. i was a patient there and i will never go back. this place is just downright terrible at service. spend your money somewhere else because youll waste more time sitting in the chair in the waiting room and seeing people who came there after you, get called before you.

the staff at Dr. Falsafi's is always so helpful, polite and gentle with my son. We are so pleased with his progress thus far and can't wait to see the end result.
My daughter is a patient of Dr. Falsafi and I just cant say enough about this 5 star office! The staff is wonderful, from the front office to the assistants! Everyone is very knowable and helpful. After the appointment the assistants are always there to answer questions and give instructions for anything new. As for Dr. Falsafi she is a very warm and caring professional and I feel my daughter is under the most qualified care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment. I am also considering becoming one of their adult patients with Invisalign! Ill write back when I start.

Fun, friendly staff. Great office environment. Helpful. They go the extra mile. Dr. Falsafi is a wealth of knowledge, works well with kids and adults. It's just a great place to go!

Dr. Falsafi is awesome!! She's great at telling you about all your options at the consultation and explaining everything as you go through your treatment.
I am a patient of Dr.Falsafi and i know as soon as you walk in her lovely office you will feel right at home. The staff always have a smile on their face. Because of Dr.Falsafi i am proud of my smile, and i have self confidence. Don't forget about the annual spongbob skating party with pizza, games, bounce house, and a clown.
