I have never had such awful service at a restaurant as I did last night. It was no really crowded and there was no excuse that it took us 2 hours to eat and get out of there. My daughter's food was cold. Two of the children with us had to wait about 10 min after everyone else was served to get their food. Took forever to get the bill and then it was wrong. We were charged for cupcakes that were supposed to be on the house because of two birthdays. We were charged for salad bar that no one had, You can only blame so much on the folks in the kitchen. They are not the ones on the floor supposedly taking care of the diners. Awful experience.
