The 24 years of Internal Medicine practice, both inpatient and outpatient, have given Emmanuel Fajardo, MD, the depth and breadth in the profession he has come to embrace as his vocation and ministry. Dr. Fajardo's goal is to ensure that the best patient-centric care is provided in a manner that is compassionate, inspiring and making a difference in all patients' journeys back to their baseline, if not better, overall health.
