Their customer service is the pits! I rented a washer three weeks ago, and haven't been able to use it since we got it. It won't ring clothes out. They brought us a temporary it worked perfect. Picked ours up and brought it backed "fixed" still doesn't work. Called and waited three days for a return call, then when I finally called them back they promised me a new one today between 11:30 and 12. No show. I call and get nothing but grief and attitude from the "manager". He refused to give me corporates number. I told him to come get his piece of junk.
