Operational since 2004, Foundation Care has been a full-service retail pharmacy store. Based in Earth City, Mo., it offers a range of services, such as diabetic medications/supplies, reimbursement assistance, specialty compounding, disease management/education, complete prescription and direct billing, to name a few. Additionally, it provides immunizations/vaccines for pneumonia, flu and hepatitis A and B, among others. Foundation Care has received accreditation from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) and Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC).
