Provided by ThryvWe had a skunk die and release underneath our Summer mobile home in Lando. The home was uninhabitable! We had to evacuate the home immediately. I literally spent a week on the phone making calls to every pest control company in northern Wisconsin. I could find no one to remove the skunk, and deodorize the area. I spoke with the town, county and the DNR, no one could advise me on what to do. After a week, literally, I said “This is my last call,” I found Diamondback. I spoke with Rick, and he said , yes I’ll do that! I couldn’t believe it. He did, he removed the skunk, disinfected the sand, then came back, and deodorized the sand underneath the home. All I can say is Thank you, Rick was a life saver! Gary Guenther. Land O Lakes

Provided by ThryvRick Soder has made four appointments to come to my home in the last two weeks. He has not made any of these appointments. The last time he did come was two days after the set appointment. He does not call to reschedule or to cancel when he cannot make it to the appointments. I don’t k how he can help with mouse abatement. So far what he has done hasn’t slowed them down or reduced their number.

Provided by ThryvThey never showed up. Couldn’t get hold of anyone to see where they were. They called later that day to say they were running late for our 2:00 appointment but it was at 11:00. I came from Milwaukee just for the appointment for one day. I had called the day before to be sure of everything. They never apologized, just made excuses

Provided by ThryvPrior to having Diamondback spraying our house we would have spiders covering our eves and windows. Since Diamondback has been taking care of our house all the spiders are gone!!
