Terrible experiencia hoy 10 de mayo alas 8:00am. Que acabo de pasar con el hombre que contesto mi llamada.Era la primera vez que iba a usar este transporte para mandar a mis dos hijas adolescentes a visitar a mi mam por el da de las madres. Y esta persona me mato todas las ilusiones, me dio mucho miedo su comportamiento podra jurar que estaba BORRACHO. Bulgar, grosero.

Muy mala experiencia. El chofer del transporte se la paso criticando al dueo, a la oficina y a los pasajeros, pen%$#&*s fue lo minimo que les dijo. Super enojado, golpeando las puertas, accelerando, dando vueltas sin precaucion. Hasta de una persona que cruzo la calle se burlo porque la sra. estaba excedida de peso. En el camino se la paso poniendo su musica, hablando por telef., comiendo, poniendo las direcciones en su telef. y manejando, ademas estaba lloviendo en SA. Falta de responsabilidad y un peligro para los pasajeros. Pobre hombre estaba tan enojado que hasta tics en la cara tenia. Si no le gusta el trabajo, si odia andar buscando direcciones, si los dueos no le pagan lo que el merece, si en la oficina son unos pen% &*s que no saben nada, si los pasajeros viven en la ultima cuadra si todo le molesta pues que busque otro trabajo y deje de estarse quejando. Horrible viaje aguantando al chofer por pura necesidad.

They really need to train and hire better employees. I called and when the Lady answered she didn't even say excuse or hold one moment she made me look like an idiot talking and then I heard her talking to the person in front of her. Then when I asked her if she understood English well because my address is complicated and she like sure. Then as I'm explaining she screams the other women to answer because she didn't get what I was explaining. They offer to pick you up at your home and understand that it's extra to pay, but they kept insisting me to go somewhere else to be picked. I'm mean wouldn't the owner or business make more money by picking up a person further away ? Finally the driver calls me for better directions but he is rude by saying he doesn't have my time and that my 80 year old dad and me being pregnant needed to wait out in the street for him! He would have seen us if he would have not drive a speed of 65 in a 30 mile residence and school zone. Never using there services again and switching to a much better transportation when visiting my Family down the border. These people not only shouldn't be working in a hospitality and Tourism business but they need want to treat people better. I'm so sorry I don't live in very ghetto areas of town and not full bred born from Mexico but I do have pride of my Hispanic culture and shouldn't be treated like I'm ignorant or stupid like they do to they're cilents because I see how they treat these people because your in a van full of immigrants and they don't realize people can complain about these people.

Terrible service. Was told to meet a driver in San Antonio for a drop off at 1:30. It is now 2:15 and the driver still isn't here. When we called the operator she said the driver had decided to star his pick up route backwards. When we asked the operator to call the driver to get his location she said she couldn't because he would get mad. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use this service again. If you don't mind waiting around indefinitely for a driver go right ahead.
