Eagle High School is a part of the Joint School district that provides education to more than 30,000 students in grades kindergarten through 12. The district includes the communities of Meridian, Eagle, Garden city and Boise. Founded in 1995, Eagle High School has an enrollment of more than 2,000 students in grades nine through 12. It is accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools. The school offers advanced-placement courses in English literature, statistics, calculus, chemistry, biology, Spanish, music theory and studio art. The school also provides more than 40 recognized clubs and organizations. Its key club offers a wide range of opportunities, such as leadership development, vocational guidance, college scholarships subscription to magazines, service-learning and liability insurance coverage. Additionally, the school offers online courses. The Eagle High School also has an online magazine that features photographs, entertainment, study center, opinions, horoscopes, riddles and quizzes.
