Our church Had a food storage activity. We took bulk food such as beans rice wheat and oats and put them into smaller buckets. I was responsible for providing all the buckets. I ended up using container and packaging supply. Everything arrived on time, nothing was missing, and nothing was broke. They asked if I would leave a review if my experience was positive so - here I am.
I was asked if I would be willing to leave a review. I have a small business where I make and sell beeswax candles. I use the 8oz mason jars from Container and Packaging as the candle container. I like the prices, fast shipping and the easy way to communicate. I have never had a problem reaching them by phone or the website chat.
I was looking for water storage containers and ended up using Container & Packaging Supply. There are many other websites selling these kinds of products, but I liked the small company service. Anyhow, everything arrived as expected. My experience is the opposite of the anonymous reviewer - customer service was very helpful when I couldn't find the wrench needed to open the water barrel. Turns out it was packed so well I thought it was just wrapping! I recommend this company.

I just received an order that was damaged. I ordered a few glass jars to see if these were the products I wanted to order in larger quantity. As soon as I opened the box and stuck my hand in it, I felt broken glass. Well there were several glass jars in a thin plastic bag, and none of the glass jars were wrapped individually to prevent breakage. I placed a previous order and same thing. Glass jars were banging next to each other and not wrapped individually. Thats twice. That makes no sense. It's a wonder I didn't cut myself this evening. When i chatted with the chat line, the response that the person gave me was that the only way to ensure that glass products won't get broken is if you order a large quantity. I would never treat my customers that way. It would seem that this company would care for their customers enough to take great care in preventing product breakage, and injury and lawsuits by packaging their glass products properly.
