A great place to pick up inexpensive jewelry and other accessories at a great price. Yes, sometimes they are not open when you would expect, but it is definitely worth a look. My mother and I both stop by when ever she is in town for a visit and she always finds lots that she wants, and so do I!

I guess I should have been more specific. My birthday was July 4th. My sister was going to take me to this store July 3rd...We would have been running close to the time they closed that day (6pm) so I called the store to see if they would be open on July 4th, Sunday, Even though it was a holiday. The lady working that day said " yes, we will be open 1-5pm." I said even though it is a HOLIDAY, she said "yes". We drove 45 minutes thinking the store would be open. They were CLOSED! I was so dissapointed and the whole trip was just to go to this store. I am very displeased with the hired help at this store. In my opinion that is bad for business. I drove that whole way for Mcdonalds french fries....cuz that is all I got in Dyersburg that day and I could have gotten that at home!

I have been told that Grass Monkey has alot of great items. My birthday was the 4th of July and my sister really wanted to take me. We drove 45 minutes on July 4th to find that the store was closed. I was really dissapointed that someone would not be kind enough to be positive of their answer before telling me. I may never go back to the Grass Monkey, although the hired help may not be too great, I would still like to see what kind of stuff that they do sell. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE A DISTANCE TO GO TO THIS STORE.
