Wonderful customer service...We had a "dry cleaning emergency" on the holiday weekend .. Randy found a way, while out of town, to get me my item..He is why we choose to keep our business in town and is the epitome of a small town business owner.. Clothes are nicely dry cleaned and well taken care of and we love the tailoring on-site

I travel out of my way to bring all of our dry cleaning to Randy's Dry Cleaners because the service is great, it's such a friendly atsmophere and they do a GREAT job! I recommend Randy's to all my friends and family. His fish tank is awesome too!

I drive from Plymouth to take all of my dry cleaning and alterations work to Randy's in Duxbury because they are simply the best! Everyone who works there (owner Randy, especially) is extremely friendly and professional and accommodating - they treat customers like family and always remember their names - and they do a superb job every time. Make any special request, and they will make it happen. Their prices are good - I've taken everything from area rugs to down coats to shirts to be cleaned - and their service is great. I also regularly take clothes to be altered, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. May sound like I'm gushing, but I really do value this business, so much so that it's always worth it for me to drive out of my way to patronize it. And seeing the amazing tropical fish tank inside the entrance is always a nice bonus!
