Lisa was great handling my any time calls! I had to change my appointment time multiple times, she was always so great and pleasant in helping me out! Henry was SUPER, work hard and asked for feedback after he diligently worked on certain areas I like extra attention on. Very creditable company!! Extrememly pleased with the response time! I called and the next day Saul was here and did an OUTSTANDING JOB! I was prepared to get new carpets, but when he was done (which only took 2 hours for the entire house!) they look like new! I will use Anderson Carpet Cleaning again and again. yes steve is different! i have an orange couch that i LOVE. 10 years later, 3 kids and a cat and it was super dirty and even black at certain spots, so i had to replace it or put new upholstery on it ($1500) I had it cleaned before, didn't make a big different. My girlfriend convinced me that i should call Steve and i did... what a difference he made!!. I wish i could add a before and after picture to this review because the couch came out as new!!! Steve is a super friendly guy, is great at his job and way better than everybody else i had, has great material knowledge and advised me on how to clean it going forward. Thank you steve!! Janneke

Anderson carpet company has lived up to the high ratings. Great company, great results every time. They even came to the rescue morning after one of our labs got diarrhea, a mess. Steve gave me instructions and showed up ready to clean, leaving us with perfect cream colored carpet. This is why people write reviews. Excellent service.

I have been using Anderson Carpet for many years now - they are professional, quick to make the appointment and always do a fantastic job. I have used them in my house and in my rental property and I have recommended them to many of my friends and clients all of whom have been satisfied and impressed. One friend had her very stained (but expensive) couch cleaned; the concern was that deep cleaning would affect the color. It was difficult to see what the result were once done so Steve offered to come the next day to see the results and clean deeper if needed. He did come back the following day and agreed that the couch fabric would resist deeper cleaning and he did. My friends have now a couch that looks like new and they will get many more years of use out of it. Steve only charged for the extra time on the 2nd visit but it was well worth it.

We were under the gun to get the carpets cleaned on a lease house we were leaving in Sammamish. The time line was the issue. Anderson carpets came through for us and did a great job in a very timely manner. Thanks Steve. BTW Anderson carpets came in about 30% cheaper then the next bid but because I plan on using them in the future...........don't tell them. LOL

Incredible job. My house has the 16 year old, original, "builder's carpet" - a yucky off-white. Anderson was great. Even the stains are out - go figure. They're coming back for sure when we need it again.

Does great work. The prices are reasonable. They do what they say they are going to do without any kind of switcharoos or inexplicable mysterious last minute charges. Personable and professional. When you bring someone in your house, you worry a little that they might be a little scary. Employee was just a decent normal guy.

Steve Anderson is a great guy! He showed up on time and ready to work. He really knows what he is doing. Our pet stained carpet looks and smells clean. I feel like I got a great deal! I paid only a few dollars more than I would have if I'd rented a steam cleaner I didn't know how to use and bought a "cleaning liquid" I knew nothing about. Steve Anderson of Anderson Carpet Cleaning does an excellent job on my carpets. He gets stains out that I thought would never come out. I've been getting him for years and would never hire anyone else to clean my carpets. I've tried them all!
