They don't remove the ice/snow from the wooden walkways. The property manager won't hire contractors to do it and there are only a few maintenance people in the crew. Someone could get really hurt.

- Since moving to Pinnacle Ridge Apartments, management churn has lead to a reduction in service quality. Leasing staff is disrespectful.- Both entry and exit gates are frequently broken, occasionally preventing entry/exit from complex. Management is VERY slow to fix gate mechanical problems.- Unusual fire risk. Management fails to maintain clean laundry-dryer exhaust tubing (it collects lint). This has caused a substantial fire. Management has shown no effort to rectify the problem. Also, it is unclear whether management cleans apartment chimneys. - Poor safety. High crime rate including multiple car-jackings onsight in recent years and break-ins. Suspicious individuals often pass through the complex between adjacent low-income communities. The exercise room has been broken into and had its TV stolen. - Upkeep. Pest problems common. Personally have had trouble with mice (including severe wall and carpet damage) and roaches. - Unusual lease restrictions. Despite advertising month-
