Sonoco Recycling is a full-service packaging company. It is a subsidiary of Sonoco, which was founded in 1899. Sonoco Recycling provides various customized industrial and consumer packaging and paper products, including newsprints, paperboards, pulp, nonwoven products, sheets, tissues and towel coreboards and specialty papers. It offers environment-friendly products through recycling. Its brands include Duro, Durolene, EcoTect, EcoBryte and HQ. Additionally, the company offers engineered paper products, such as tickets, beverage insulations, protective sheets, floor liners, partition chips and recycled linerboards. It produces more than 2 million tons of paper annually through nearly 25 paper mills worldwide. The company has one of its production facilities in Durham, N.C.
