We could not speak any higher of Scotty and Susan. We called them after hours and they answered all our questions without hesitation. They came out to see us the following day and, after realizing our pump did not need to be replaced, still took the time to teach us about our pump and how to prevent this from happening again. They do not nickel and dime you. Bottom line is they are good, kind, honest people who I would not hesitate to recommend to any family/friend/stranger. We will never take our business elsewhere.
They did the work on our septic system before we bought the house. With the dry summer we had sewe had root problems in our drain field. They came out and fixed it the next day. If you need ANYTHING septic related that are the people to call. For me to get on here and leave a review is saying smthing I never do it unless it's a bad review. Top notch customer service and extremely profeshional. I am sold for life. You can call other people but you will pay more and the service won't be as good.
Best Customer Service, ever! Scotty and Susan are the best. They are very professional and friendly. I have had to use them twice within a year, which is not good for me because my septic tank has issues. But they were so helpful and gave me plenty of free advice. Even when I had a question that was not septic related, I was able to call Susan, we must have talked for 30 minutes, and not once did she make me feel as if I were a bother. They are so pleasant, you really feel as though they genuinely care. They are knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and friendly. "Old School" service...they way it used to be. I had a plumbing issue and they recommended a plumber who provided the same level of service. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I am a first time homeowner whose home was struck by lightening over the weekend. When I called Scotty's this morning, his secretart/wife Susan was MORE than helpful and super polite. I was very nervous having no idea what to do or what was wrong, but she calmed my fears. I explained the lightening strike situation and Scotty was here 3 hours later (my appt. was for tomorrow morning but they had a cancellation). He was extremely professional, extremely polite, and so kind and patient with my nervousness and questions. The job was done WELL and I will definately be using them again for any service needs. Called everyone I knew with a septic system to use them! THANKS SCOTTY and SUSAN and CAMERON!

Scotty's came out listened to my problems and proceeded to HELP me. They were profesional, on time, and went beyond what they were paid to do. I will use them again and will refer them to all of my friends.
