I recently bought a Kirby, I called to say I wanted to return it my answer was I only had 3 days. I explained it was too heavy, you had to undo and put togeather too many adaptors,I also work 7 days a week I had only used it twice in 7 days it just wasn't right for my family. They did not care, the finance co. said it was up to Kirby, that they could break the contract if they wanted to do so. I think this is very bad business (no stars for me) THANKS FOR NOTHING Julie Smith

Jack legs...don't shop here, they work out of a make-shift building on Guess Road, and will give you lots of smiles. They were late on their repair order for me (a simple cleaning), and now the vacuum is completely broken (motor sweaks loudly, smells like burning, and low suction). I'm going to try Raliegh stores, hopefully better luck.
