Extremely incompetent staff, I am not sure they even know anything about fixing healthcare equipment since they could not even figure out a lead was broken on a charger and instead replaced the batteries. They are also rather rude, I would never purchase from them again.

I would like to thank Healthcare Equipment! I came in last Friday at 4:55pm (5 minutes until they closed) and was fitted for compression stockings. This took some time but I was not rushed or made to feel hurried in any way. I was pleased to leave the store with several pair of stockings at 5:10pm. Thank you to their helpful and friendly employees.

Healthcare Equipment was very helpful with my mother's transition from hospital to home. They had a shower stool, bedside commode and a grabber in stock and ready for her to use. Very friendly staff.
