Empower Personalized Fitness is a giant leap forward from your standard gym or health club. You aren't a member number or a bar code on an ID card but part of the Empower community. We actually know your name, your goals and are invested in your path to great health. You won't find our staff talking or texting on their phones, you will find them focused, engaged and working with our clients to help them achieve their goals.We offer a clean, inviting space, specifically designed for our training and wellness services. We train individually, in small group sessions and in focused group classes, and our studio provides specialized environments for these needs...much like a high tech playground.
