She offered no solution at all except that I cut my own hair. Not acceptable. She also insists that you pay up front before the service is provided. So if you don't like what she's done don't expect to get your money back. Not worth the trouble. I was initially satisfied until I went home to flat iron my new style and discovered that the synthetic hair was melting into my own hair. Lesson learned, if at any point you're not satisfied stop her and insist on a refund.
