I live the next town over and LOVE this pharmacy. Although I have access to the chains, this is more a mom and pop, old-fashioned drugstore. They carry things the others don't and have many gifts, etc. I can always find something different here. All the other drugstores carry the McKesson line which limits them. The Durham Pharmacy is the only drugstore that carries what I buy. It is also a fun and helpful store to have in the area. I'd rate it A+
