I had a bad experience with color at a different salon in town. I thought my life was over and I was sent to salon worx. Brent and Casey fixed the mess. This is my salon now. Brent really knows his stuff with color. If u need great color. This is the place.

Salon Worx has long been my favorite!! I have been going there 15 years and never have I witnessed what the first reviewer wrote. Besides, they are not open on Monday's. Be assured that all employees from the owner to each stylist have wonderful customer service, and attend to their clients with respect and good work.

Salon Worx has the most amazing staff I have ever seen. Their store is SOO clean! The staff greets me everytime I walk into the salon. Brent, Casey, and Eric are my absolute favorite people! I can call and schedule an appointment or simply just walk in.... they are amazing and I recommend them to everyone who needs to look fabulous.....

I am a long time client of salon worx. I enjoy the professional laid back atmosphere. The staff are awesome and are very good at what they do . If you want to look great like me go to salon worx.

I have to say I have been to many salons in Durant and Salon Worx is by far one of the nicest I have seen. The salon is very clean and beautifully designed. I needed a last minute appointment and I got in that same week! My cut and color is exactly what I asked for and I will be referring all my friends to Salon Worx!

The employees of this business have horrible customer service skills. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and several employees noticed as I came in and sat down. I was completely ignored. No one asked me if I had an appointment or needed assistance. There were only two other gentlemen in the lobby, one which was helped right away and the other was waiting for his wife. After the third employee looked at me and turned around without offering any assistance I walked out. It also stunk badly of cigarette smoke and I had a severe headache by the time I left.
