Durant Public Works Department is one of the various departments governed by the city of Durant in Oklahoma. The services offered by the public work department include maintenance and snow plowing of local streets, storm sewer and pond maintenance, pavement marking, tree trimming, and street sign repair and boulevard maintenance. It also provides maintenance of utility systems, city wells and sewage pump stations, and operates water storage and treatment facilities. The department offers 24-hours, seven days a week emergency service.
