- Pediatric CarePediatric Partners of the Southwest was founded in July 2005 with the mission of providing high-quality, compassionate, and holistic pediatric care to the babies, children and adolescents of our community. We have compiled a wonderful team of board-certified Pediatricians, Physician's Assistants, and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners who specialize in the care of infants, children and young adults. Pediatric Partners' board-certified pediatricians also serve as Mercy Regional Medical Center’s only inpatient pediatricians, providing around-the-clock coverage for newborns as well as hospitalized pediatric patients.

- Family PracticeSan Juan Basin Public Health: Vivian Shawcroft, Family Health Coordinator, 970-335-2022. Vivian can refer families to the appropriate agency for Medicaid, CHP+, and CARES sliding scale program.
- Emergency CareSaturday clinic is open to help our patients keep costs down by not having to utilize expensive hospital emergency or urgent care services. An additional fee of $45.00 is assessed to patients for Saturday visits and may or may not be covered partially or fully by insurance. Patient is responsible for any balance which is not paid by insurance.
- ImmunizationsPPSW is pleased to offer a Patient Portal, a hub to access your child's medical information – immunizations, growth charts, laboratory results and refill requests. You may also send a message (non-urgent) to the Triage Nurse.

She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at the University of Memphis in Memphis, TN. She went on to complete her graduate studies at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical campus in Aurora, CO. Lauren comes to PPSW with 10 years of experience in acute care pediatric nursing with a focus in critical care and Child Neurology. She is now ready to transition to keeping children healthy and out of the hospital. She finds joy in caring for children of all ages. Outside of her career, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, snowboarding, hiking and porch-sitting at home.

- Behavioral HealthNorth Main Durango High School – School Based Health Center, Durango High School is a student-based health center for children of all ages. A PPSW physician is present at DHS SBHC 5 days per week 8:30 am- 4:40 pm. This clinic offers the same range of sick and well visits as our main Horse Gulch PPSW office. A Behavioral Health Clinician is present to assist the physician/nurse, modeled similarly to the highly successful integrated Behavioral Health program in the PPSW main office. If illness or injury arises suddenly for high school students, parents can be brought in remotely through a Tele-Health visit.

- Sports MedicineDr. Amanda Stanton is a board-certified pediatrician and enjoys caring for pediatric patients of all ages. She completed her undergraduate studies at Colorado State University and medical school at Rocky Vista University in Parker CO. Dr. Stanton moved to central PA for her pediatric training at Geisinger Medical Center and stayed there to complete her fellowship in primary care sports medicine. She and her husband are avid mountain bikers, snowboarders and rock climbers and are excited to join the four corners community. Dr. Stanton’s love for the outdoors inspired her to pursue sports medicine so she can help keep our youth active and healthy throughout every stage of their development!
