Morgan Marcuccilli, DO, nephrologist, has a care philosophy to provide medical treatment to the best of her ability and to care for patients and family members with sensitivity and empathy. She respects the whole person, considering emotional as well as physical aspects of healing. She also hopes to empower her patients by providing the truth about their condition in order to facilitate decision making regarding their own health care plan with an emphasis on nutrition and wellness.Dr. Marcuccilli specializes in the treatment of all areas of nephrology including hypertension, glomerular disease, acid-base physiology, electrolyte disturbance, chronic kidney disease, bone metabolic disorders, and dialysis.She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame as well as a graduate degree in biophysics from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. Dr. Marcuccilli received her medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine-California. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago NorthShore Program, where she also served as Chief Resident. At the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Dr. Marcuccilli completed her fellowship in Nephrology as well as a certificate in Clinical Education.In her free time, Dr. Marcuccilli enjoys hiking, trail running, yoga, cooking with her husband, skiing, wake surfing, outdoor concerts, and spending time with family.
