We have exceptional free WI-FI, large flat screen TV's with streaming options (no cable), , microwave/mini-fridge in every room. We offer tea and freshly ground and brewed locally owned Durango Joe's coffee during lobby hours. We're located on the quiet North end of Durango close proximity to the San Juan National forest, Purgatory Ski Resort, near multiple hiking/biking trails. Our friendly and courteous staff are more than happy to make recommendations for family adventures or local favorites. **Due to COVID-19 restrictions we've limited breakfast options.** *No pets are allowed.
