Adkins Consulting, Inc. (ACI) is a United States Veteran and woman-owned environmental consulting firm offering environmental services to the private and public sectors. ACI was formed in 2003 and is committed to providing reliable, efficient, and cost-effective professional services in the Four Corners States. ACI currently has a staff of five employees in addition to the firm’s owner, Maria Adkins. Services that ACI provides include environmental permitting and planning, storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), NEPA documents, Biological Evaluations, Wetland Delineations, US Army Corps of Engineer Jurisdictional Determination packages, and 404 permitting services. ACI has a wide range of services through sub-contractors that include: Archeological, Land Surveys, site assessment, site investigation, and soil and groundwater remediation.
