The dentist is extremely rude and does a poor job as dentist. I had a migraine and called to try to reschedule a cleaning and the dentist sarcastically and rudely said to me, "you want to reschedule a 2-hour appointment???" I said "yes, I have a migraine." The office manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. She argues with patients and blames them instead of taking responsibility for her actions and poor attitude. The dentist does shoddy work at best and recommends everyone has there teeth calibrated unnecessarily, which caused my mother to have severe sensitivity to hot and cold foods and drinks as well as having to now use a special toothpaste for her teeth. I recently visited this office for fillings and the dentist did not even bother to shave down the jagged edges of fillings he did, and because he did not even attempt to be gentle, he destroyed my gums that took several weeks to heal. When i called, the office manager argued with me when I said they needed to be more gentle and argued that something else must have been going on, not their rough work. She also informed me that I had maxed my yearly maximum for my dental insurance and would have to pay out of pocket for Any other work. When I called my dental insurance they informed me that I had not met my maximum. I transferred Care to a top quality dentist and dental Clinic and when they requested copies of my full xrays were told from northwest smiles that their computers were down. Upon calling again, the office manager was extremely rude to the new dental Clinic and told them, "yeah, that is not gonna happen, were not faxing anything to you." Luckily, I found an excellent new dental clinic and they even fixed the work that the other dentist did so poorly and even shaved down the jagged edges of my fillings that he messed up. I do not recommend going to this dental clinic for any reason whatsoever and I will never return there myself.
