when I was looking for a home I wanted to make sure I did the right things and did not get in over my head. When I was told about Equiplus I was a little skeptical because they were not a big name company like Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo... and I am glad they are not a big company. Everytime I called I spoke to my loan officer. I even had their cell phone number. I only had to wait one day to get my loan approval back and let me tell you it was so easy... I do not know why I was so scared... they took care of me from start to finish, answered all my questions and closed my loan a week early... I would recommend Equiplus to anyone looking at purchasing a home.. They really care.
