I hired JNJ Painting to remodel/refinish my basement. This included drywalling walls/ceiling with areas they had to build around, constructing a new separate room, installing a galvanized ceiling, doors and all electrical. This was the first time I was hiring someone to do construction work on my home, as I usually like to do it myself, so was worried about "contracting nightmares" I had heard so much about. JNJ went above and beyond easing those worries and give contractors a good name.When I first called for a someone to give me a quote, I received a call back within the 1st day from Joe and we made an appointment for the following day for him to take a look at what I needed. He was on time, very professional and walked through all he would have to do, without rushing the process. I received a quote within 2 days and he then came back to discuss some changes I had in mind and offered his opinion on some of the options I had.I was going to be out of town for a couple of days and figured they would want to start the job when I got back, but Joe suggested they come before I left and promised the job would be complete by time I had to leave. He asked me if I had any problem with his crew coming early and working late in order to get the job done and of course I said I didnt. He made big promises and delivered on every one!JNJ started the job on a Tuesday and had it finished by Saturday. In just 5 days they had completely finished the job. They started every by 7:00am and on most nights worked until 9:00pm, even 10:00pm one night. The whole crew was fantastic and never made me feel uncomfortable with coming down and checking up on how things were going and answer any questions I had, along with checking with me along the way that things were coming along as I expected.The work they did was excellent and I couldnt be happier with my new basement. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and they will be the first people I call when I need something else done. I thank the whole crew for the amazing work they did and who I actually missed when they left. Thanks guys!So to sum it up, if you want a contractor that calls you back the same day, shows up when they say they will, give you a very reasonable quote, does the job as you expect it to be done, and follows up with you to make sure all is still good, even after they have their last check!, then hire JNJ Painting.
